The Process

— Inquire by completing questionnaire

— Custom proposal sent

— After proposal is approved a contract & 50% deposit is required

— Once completed we will respond with a seasonal menu

and we can start discussing drinks

— After drinks are finalized we will send out an alcohol shopping list

— Day of we arrive 1.5-2hrs before we start to set up
